SST-Porous® Aluminum Foil Venting Seal Liners prevent pressure build-up by continuously balancing the pressure difference between the interior of the container and the external environment. Featuring an aluminum foil base with oleophobically modified ePTFE vent membrane, they deliver easy installation, long service life, excellent chemical resistance, large volume of air flow, and reliable leakproof protection. Available in various sizes. Suitable for container lids with or without holes, allowing gas to escape safely while blocking liquids and particles. Widely used in Industrial Chemicals, Agrochemicals, and Household Chemical Products.

    Chemical containers and packaging frequently experience internal pressure build-up due to temperature fluctuations and chemical vapor generation. This can cause container deformation, leakage of hazardous substances, or safety hazards.

    SST-Porous® Aluminum Foil Venting Seal Liners solve these issues by continuously equalizing internal and external pressure. For lids with holes, gas passes directly through the liner and escapes via the holes. For lids without holes, gas travels through the liner to the area above the breathable membrane and is guided to the threaded position of the cap. In both cases, liquids, oils, and particles are effectively blocked.

    Made with durable aluminum foil and oleophobically modified ePTFE membrane, these liners offer simple installation, long service life, and excellent chemical resistance. Available in various sizes to fit different container requirements.
